Not confident of your artistic skills? Not to worry: You can simulate a fine art look by using Filters. Create a sketch by using Gaussian Blur and Glowing Edges. Pastels? Use Rough Pastels filter. For a more painterly look, apply Colored Pencil, Paint Daubs and Smudge Stick filters. Noise Median, Poster Edges and Glowing Edges allows you to create a watercolor look.
