John Gilbert Garcia is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Certified ScrumMaster®.
He has global exposure in Process Migration, Process Stabilization, Process Improvement & Innovation, ISO Certification, Controls and Compliance and Quality.
He has background on application of principles and practices in Operational Excellence focus on BPO and shared service industries to new and existing process in order to drive cost and quality metrics.
A Trainer of Operational Excellence Model, Balanced Scorecard, Lean and Six Sigma Methodology.
He has more than 18 years experience in the banking and finance industry both in Operations and in Continuous Improvement.
John is involved in several public speaking promoting Lean, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma in various conferences and workshops.
John has a Masters degree in Business Administration in University of the Philippines.
Currently, he is pursuing his doctorate degree in Business Administration in Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
