Donald is the Chief Digital Officer of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Innovation Officer of McCann Worldgroup Philippines and Managing Director of MRM Manila, 2011 4As Agency of the Year for Digital Excellence and Campaign Southeast Asia Philippine Digital Agency of the Year. Before McCann, he was the former President and CEO of Yehey! Corporation, one of the Philippines’ top digital marketing holding company, and also President and CEO of Media Contacts Manila, winner of 2009’s Media Agency of the Year, and a product of a joint venture company between Yehey Corporation and Europe’s largest interactive conglomerate Havas Digital.

Donald holds a Business Management degree from the Ateneo de Manila University; an MBA with distinction from Murdoch University; and doctorate degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Apart from these, Donald also has a diploma in Interior Decorating, a Diploma in Executive Management, and a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Finally, Donald has finished Pelmanism from the Pelman Institute in Sydney, Australia. Currently, he teaches eMarketing at the Graduate School of De La Salle University, Advanced Marketing and Advanced Strategic Management for the Doctoral Program at San Beda College.

He was President of the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA) and the Founding President of IMMAP. Currently, he sits as a Board of Governor of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP), and was a past Board of Drector of the Manila Junior Chamber. Finally, Donald serves as a Board of Trustee of Operation Smile, a non-profit, volunteer service organization that provides free reconstructive facial surgery for children with cleft lips.

Ed is the Chief Executive officer of TBWA’s Digital Arts Network (DAN) Manila, the latest office in TBWA’s global digital offering. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of advertising and communications.

Prior to joining DAN/TBWA, Ed was an 18 years veteran at the Global Havas Network with assignment in Singapore, India and China.

In 2013, he then moved to Beijing as CEO/Havas Digital and Chief Innovation Officer for Havas Media China. A post he held until recently. In 2012, Ed re-engineered the Philippine Media Landscape by launching HVMO (Havas Media Ortega) – the Philippine’s first fully integrated media agency that provided creative and ideation offerings for clients.

Ed is now back in Manila and has found a new inspiration and home at DAN/TBWA.

Kankan started her Digital Marketing career at Yehey! Corporation over 10 years ago, when the terms “social media” and “community management” were not even conceived, yet existed through the company’s online Portal. There she managed content publication, message board communities, blogger relationship building, campaign strategies and social media management, among other duties. Her extensive experience in social marketing, media planning, online publishing, strategic planning and analytics have allowed her to handle a diverse collection of Brands — both local and international. Among the brands she has handled are Mead Johnson, Globe Telecom, Unilever, Nivea, SM, The Mind Museum and San Miguel Corporation.

10 years into the industry, her passion only grows with the understanding that digital is the future for brands. Along the way, she further molds her skill sets and know-how by keeping in tune with the times and trends.

Knowing that her heart lies in social marketing, with her specialization being in content creation and digital production, Kankan hopes that she can continue making a difference in the industry.

Now the Social Marketing Director at Havas Media Ortega, she is on a mission to turn accounts and clients to meaningful brands by doing what she does best. He was Category Manager of Lamoda.ru and was in-charge of purchasing and planning at Russia’s leading online fashion store. He was in-charge of Commercial Planning in Zalando.de and was a Founder of Next Generation Commerce, Berlin, where he focused on building online ventures through lead generation and content network.

Peach is the Digital Strategy Director for McCANN Worldgroup, the largest advertising agency in the Philippines. She drives digital strategy leadership for the group while leading a team of strategists from different specializations. Before McCANN Worldgroup, Peach spent time in Tribal DDB as Head of Digital Planning and Analytics and as Digital Strategist for OgilvyOne Manila.

Peach is a certified IMMAP instructor, chairing the Data and Analytics track. She believes in the power of numbers in understanding people, having graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Economics, major in Mathematics and minor in Anthropology.

Jimmy was head honcho of Gimenez Group, Inc., a Philippine-based creative agency, involved in direct marketing, corporate communications, advertising and design, as well as online and offline interactive solutions. He has earned his corporate chops by handling high profile brands and accounts in the retail, medical, pharmaceutical and financial arena.

Jimmy also worked early on his career at PACBBDO and Olbes, Ogilvy & Mather.

Jimmy was a former Director of the Direct Marketing Association of the Philippines.
