Application & Payment:
1. Signed Application Form together with 50% deposit fee must be settled to confirm reservation for booth space.
2. Application received starting April 01, 2023 must be accompanied by full payment.
3. All applications for participation shall be submitted using the official application form duly signed by the company authorized representative. Acceptance of application shall be confirmed by the Organizer in writing only after payment of the participation fee.
4. Please make the check payable to Fiera de Manila, Inc.
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, there shall be no refund to any payment made by the Exhibitor regardless of the Applicant’s reason for withdrawal.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions as specified by the Organizer: The undersigned hereby reserves the space as specified and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions for participation as herein mentioned and in the Exhibitor’s Manual including Circulars issued by the Organizer.
