About the Speaker: Bryan Ong Gobaco is the Vice Chairperson and Assistant Professor Department of Industrial Engineering at De La Salle University. Bryan co-authored ‘A Closed Loop Supply Chain for re-manufacturable Electronic Gadgets’ which was presented at the 3rd National Operations Research Congress, and ‘Assessing Advanced Production Strategy in a Service Operation’ presented in the 11th Osaka University-DLSU Academic Research Workshop.

Business Process Management (BPM) is a set of methodologies, tools and techniques that companies use to make business processes more efficient and effective. It helps business leaders align processes with strategic goals of the company and needs of the customer.

Dr. Anna Bella Siriban-Manalang, Ph.D. – is Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering and Director, Center for Lean Systems and Management at the De La Salle University. She conducts various training and consulting work on strategic management, quality/systems improvement/standardization, Balanced Scorecard, performance measurement and monitoring, and organizational development for clients.

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a strategic planning and management tool to enable organization to align to its vision and strategy. Applying these perspectives with Business Process Management will render improvement in the organization.
