He is passionate about consumer marketing and constantly exploring ways to engage and integrate the evolving touchpoints that consumers are exposed to. Andre is the current Agency Business Lead at Google, Philippines.

A trusted advisor and first point of contact for key agencies, serving as their ambassador within Google, advocating for Google solutions, identifying business needs/opportunities and solidifying C-Level and key decision-maker relationships.

He served as an Associate Digital Director at Mindshare, a GroupM Company. He was the digital media lead for multiple accounts in various verticals including automotive, pharmaceutical, and transport network services. He has extensive experience working on accounts in consumer banking, quick service delivery, retail and performance marketing accounts.

Andre was the former Marketing Director at Sterling Paper Group of Companies. He led 5 division teams within the Marketing & Communications Department, which was responsible for the overall marketing strategies comprised of 7 business units and 80+ retail locations nationwide.

He was responsible for conceptualizing, planning and directing comprehensive end-to-end integrated marketing plans, both for short and long term strategies, spanning traditional and digital media channels, specifically for promotions and/or branding initiatives.

He worked at Globe Telecom as an Associate Director for Mobile Advertising Accounts and creatively constructed mobile marketing solutions using Globe’s portfolio of digital ad inventories to strengthen the Globe brand presence and footprint, particularly of the Consumer Business Group (Prepaid, Postpaid.Tattoo Broadband) and Globe Retail Store in the digital landscape.

He graduated at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with degree of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Mickey De Castro

Mickey is the current President of the Media Specialists Association of The Philippines (MSAP). He has more than 25 years in the media advertising business with a strong business development background. He worked with some of the notable advertisers in the business. He is the General Manager of PHD Media Network.

He started as a Media Researcher before becoming a Planner and Buyer in the business of media advertising. He is a graduate of BS Mathematics at the University of the East.

Jay Bautista

Jay is the Managing Director of Kantar Media Philippines. He celebrates his 25th year in field of media research this year.

Jay is a member of the Digital Measurement Board (DMB) of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), to which he serves as Director in 2013. He also served as a member of the Marketing and Opinion Research Society of the Philippines (MORES) where he was past President in 2010.

Jay earned his degree in AB Communication Arts from the Ateneo de Manila University and an MBA from the University of the Philippines.

Laureana Glady ‘Direk’ R. Basinillo

Ms. Gladys rose from the ranks with over 28 years of extensive experience in communications planning and buying.

She is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Intersections Communications Inc.

She is known as a Creative Media Expert with proven media campaigns and ideas that drove business results to clients. Her expertise is in developing media strategies across a wide array of industries by using communications and consumer research.

Ms. Gladys started in Aspac and Grey as a Media Buyer right after college, and moved to at least 8 agencies, and got promoted to CEO of Carat Philippines, Inc. in October 2015. She became the 1st Chief Growth Officer/Agency Head in the industry to lead 2 media agency brands – Starcom and Spark Foundry, a capability brand, all housed under Starcom Mediavest Group in 2017.

She worked in the Mediacom as Business Unit Head, Business Unit Head/Media Director of Zenith Optimedia, and Media Manager of Campaigns and Grey.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, major in Banking and Finance, from the University of the Philippines.

Barbie L. Atienza, DPM

He is currently Vice-President of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines. He is a writer and broadcaster, hosting TV and radio programs, including ‘Good Job Philippines’ airing over DZRJ 810AM.

His expertise are in Public Relations and Human Resource Management. He worked with three multinational companies and two major Philippine companies. He is a lecturer, consultant, resource speaker, and host to various programs in the Philippines and abroad.

He is a known socio-civic leader being a Barangay Chairman and Volunteer in various non-profit organizations embracing advocacies and causes. He was President of the People Management Association of the Philippines and the Society of Fellows in People Management. He holds an MBA from the De La Salle University and BA in Psychology from Colegio de San Juan de Letran.

Shayne Garcia-Madamba

Shayne has been in the media industry for almost 20 years. She is currently the Chief Digital Officer of Havas Media Ortega. She brings with her rich experiences from traditional media to digital, from media planning and buying to business development and performance marketing. True to her media craft, Shayne has brought home recognitions locally and regionally – two of which include Campaign Asia Digital Agency of the Year Award 2017 and ’40 under 40′ individuals in APAC by Campaign Asia in 2016.

While most believe that her world revolves around advertising, there is one thing that Shayne could not live without – teaching. She is a regular subject-matter-expert and media program chair at the CDM program (Certified Digital Marketer Program), and she spent years teaching in UP Diliman and UP Manila. Shayne is a veteran speaker in multiple marketing events here and abroad: most recently, she was one of the workshop leads for the Nicholas Hall Conference in Vienna Austria last April 2019 and a keynote speaker in the recent New Directions conference in London last November 2019.

Lloyd Tronco

Lloyd is a stalwart in outdoor advertising in the Philippines. His first brush with outdoor advertising and Out-of-Home (OOH) media, started more than 30 years ago having grown up in a family business which provided billboard space in the Visayas and Mindanao. Having worked his way up in the family business, he became the General Manager of Tronco Advertising based in Bacolod in1994.

In 2001, Out-of-Home (OOH) media began gaining popularity in the Philippines. Lloyd was hired by McCann Erickson Philippines’ media unit, Universal McCann to be part of a team specializing in out-of-home media.

At Universal McCann, he handled the Out-of-Home (OOH) media requirements of the agency, serving the requirements of Coca-Cola, Cathay Pacific, Mastercard, and Globe Telecom until early 2005.

Following the stint with Universal McCann, he set up a consultancy which developed the business of OOH media vendors, and serving the Out-of-Home (OOH) media needs of various media agencies. He is a Certified Digital Marketer and is an advocate of Out-of-Home (OOH) and digital channels to achieve maximum awareness for brands.
