She is passionate about Operational Excellence in the areas of Information Technology, Finance, Quality and Human Capital Management. GiGi has built several multi-function Captive Shared Service Centers for various multinational companies, such as: SC Johnson, SunPower, Deltek and Misys, amongst others.
